WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Be the strategic mastermind behind marketing plans that boost revenue, build buzz, and foster student loyalty.
  • Drive the brand’s voice across digital platforms, social media, and campus-wide events.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to launch bold, student-centered promotions and experiences.
  • Tap into student trends and insights to craft campaigns that truly resonate with Gen Z.
  • Bring big ideas to life — from launch parties to pop-up tastings, sustainability campaigns, and more.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customized marketing plans to promote dining programs on campus, focusing on revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
Brand Management: Ensure adherence to Chartwells brand standards across all dining programs on campus, including visual merchandising, guest experience platforms, and brand identity.
Communication and Public Relations: Lead all communication and public relations efforts for campus dining programs, including managing guest feedback, press releases, presentations, and website maintenance.
Social Media Management: Drive social and digital media efforts through engaging storytelling and content creation.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and results to optimize performance and effectiveness.
Campus Engagement: Foster positive relationships with key campus connections to align dining programs with university initiatives and drive satisfaction and retention.
Community Partnerships:  Work in partnership with the campus community to support awareness of dining programs, including sustainability efforts, nutritional programming, and residential dining experience.
Support New Business: Assist in new business and retention efforts to drive growth and success.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Ability to present to large groups
  • Ability to direct implementation and produce outcomes by working through teams
  • Knowledge of merchandising and promotions; and
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
