Associate Dentist

A high-performing, privately owned practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist. 

This role offers immediate access to a loyal patient base in a well-established office with strong hygiene support and experienced clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat restorative, prosthodontic, and preventative cases.
• Optional growth into surgical, endodontic, or implant procedures.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in mentorship and development from experienced senior doctors.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Michigan dental license or eligibility to obtain.
• New graduates and AEGD/GPR-trained providers encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered focus.
• Interest in clinical growth and long-term alignment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $150,000 guaranteed base salary.
• $250,000 to $300,000+ 1st year earning potential.
• Up to 32% of collections (lab fees included)
• $10,000 in bonuses (sign-on, relocation, or CE)
• Four-day workweek with consistent patient flow.
• Fully digital office with CBCT, Wave One, cloud-based systems, and intraoral scanners.
• Partnership pathway available through equity program after 12 months.
