• You will act as a point of contact for internal customers regarding non-emergency security concerns and assist in resolving issues
• You provide administrative support by managing department documentation, including legal request, requests made by vendors or internal customers
• You handle daily mail and email communications regarding our vehicles, customer accounts and the processing of vendor invoices
• You assist the Director of Security & Investigations relating to executive assistance tasks to include schedule management, travel planning, dissemination of intra-departmental communications and workflow/processing approvals
• You serve as the primary point of contact for internal customer inquiries, including the review of cases to include repossessions, account status, security vendor orders

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Experience You have 1 year of experience in customer service or an administrative role
• Education You have a high school diploma and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
• Compensation $18 - 22 / hour
