Job Description

Premier firm is currently seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably Exceptional writing skills are imperative. If you're looking for a firm to grow with long-term -- reach out to learn more!

Qualifications:

* JD from an accredited law school.
* Admitted to practice and in good standing in the state.
* 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following practice areas: business/transactional law, estate planning, real estate law, corporate/commercial litigation.
* Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus.
* Superior written and oral communication skills.
* Small book of business would be a plus!

Responsibilities:

* Independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
* Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects.
* Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
* Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
