The General Information Technology Manager will be responsible for the management of 5-10 system administrators, cloud engineers / architects, and enterprise architects. The team is responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, software, and administering system accounts. This team develops and maintains business, systems, and information processes to support enterprise mission needs and develops information technology (IT) rules and requirements that describe baseline and target architectures. This include analyzing business and IT requirements, supporting technology solution designs, to create roadmaps for all Infrastructure related technology which will support the enterprise infrastructure of the organization. The team also ensures identified networks and IT align with the complete Risk Management Framework (RMF) and successfully obtain and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) in collaboration with the cyber security team.
As the manager, the individual will serve as a technical lead who will participates in the design and documentation of network architecture, evaluating project capacity growth to ensure scalable and flexible core technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and to quickly assess new product implementation opportunities. The candidate will support and participate in architectural reviews and/or audits, defining and maintaining documentation of network and technology standards, process, and policies.
