About This Role:
Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the analyst serves as the primary point of contact for intake and review of critical provider inquiries received from stakeholders. The analyst will work in collaboration with Department and the FI staff in resolving inquires related to system requirements and contractual obligations for the providers and Medi-Cal members.
The analyst acts as the primary point of contact for special projects, such as program development projects, short-term special analytical projects, and outreach and education efforts as part of system development projects.
This position requires the incumbent to perform multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
