Job Description:  

Therapy Contracting Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality home health care. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. Our therapists work with clients to address their specific needs, ensuring they can safely remain in the comfort of their own homes.

We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA)

Key Responsibilities  

  • Examine and assess patients' physical conditions. 
  • Develop personalized treatments to help patients improve mobility, function, and strength. 
  • Inform patients and their families about safety precautions and therapeutic approaches. 
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company and state requirements. 
  • Reliable transportation for patient visits within the service region.
 

Requirements per position  

Education :  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Program

Experiences:  

  • It is preferred to have prior experience in home health care, acute or skilled nursing care. 
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and patient education abilities are necessary for all roles. 
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.  

Licenses/Certifications:  

  • Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant License in Texas 
  • CPR Certification 
  • Valid, Unexpired Driver’s License 

Job Types: Contract  

Pay : up to $60.00 per visit 

Expected hours: 20-40 per week
