Position Summary
In the position of Sr. Legal Administrator, you will Support the corporate legal team by assisting with the execution of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Essential Job Functions
Maintain and update the internal global entity management (GEMs) database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of corporate records.
Support corporate subsidiary team by tracking and maintaining corporate ownership structures, including preparing organizational charts using Microsoft Visio.
Support in maintaining corporate minute books in both paper and electronic formats.
Handle document management tasks, including scanning, copying, filing, and maintaining electronic records.
Support the corporate legal team by assisting with the execution of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive materials, maintaining discretion at all times.
Assist with notarization and apostille requests, if applicable.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, external counsel, and business units.
Additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Business Administration, Paralegal studies, or related experience
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3‐5 years of experience in working in a law firm or in‐house corporate legal department
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3‐5 years of experience in role acting as the link between a client and the legal professional
Computer Skills Desired: Advanced in Microsoft applications including Word and PowerPoint
Preferred Certifications: Notary Public desired
Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Requires prior experience working databases and document management as well as excellent communication skills, the ability to manage tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work well in a fast‐paced, team environment.
Base Salary Range: $36.00 - $48.00 Per Hour
