What You'll Do:

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

Identify and attract values-driven, self-driven professionals looking for change. You'll leverage your hiring experience to guide them into career opportunities aligned with their purpose.

Relationship Building & Coaching Conversations

Use your interpersonal strengths and coaching curiosity to build meaningful connections and help others navigate bold new directions in life and work.

Social Media, Digital Communication & Visibility

Work across platforms like LinkedIn, Zoom, and email to grow your personal brand, connect with potential clients, and promote our coaching programs.

Learning & Development Advocacy

Introduce others to top-tier mindset, leadership, and performance coaching tools to elevate their confidence and potential.

Culture & Community Growth

Foster belonging, personal accountability, and impact among a thriving network of professionals building careers their way.

✅ You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:

• Bring 5+ years of experience in HR, Coaching, Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, or People & Culture.
• Are a self-starter who thrives in flexible, remote and global environments.
• Have a strong online presence or are excited to build one (LinkedIn, Zoom, email marketing, CRM tools).
• Are curious, coachable, and excited to grow both personally and professionally.
• Are values-led, purpose-driven, and ready to make an impact while building wealth.
