Role Overview: As a Closing Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of the contract‑to‑close process for a steady pipeline of in‑house listings. Acting as the primary, licensed point of contact for each seller, you’ll coordinate documents, deadlines, and communications to ensure every file moves smoothly to a timely close, without any cold‑calling or prospecting. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and facilitate the efficient processing of transactions from contract to close. • Prepare, review, and secure signatures on all contracts, disclosures, and closing documents in compliance with DRE and company standards. • Identify and resolve title, escrow, payoff, or lien issues early to prevent delays. • Provide clear, proactive updates to sellers, agents, attorneys, and internal departments. • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and vendor services; schedule and track key milestones. • Maintain meticulous records in our CRM and transaction platforms. • Collaborate daily with acquisitions, dispositions, and finance teams to anticipate obstacles and deliver white‑glove service. • Represent GG Homes’ values of transparency and care in every interaction. Qualifications: Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate transaction coordination preferred. • Deep working knowledge of California purchase agreements, closing timelines, and compliance rules. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex steps into plain language for clients. • High attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. • Tech‑savvy, comfortable with CRMs, e‑signature platforms, and cloud‑based transaction software. • Service‑oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑centric environment.
