Job Title: Microsoft Power Apps Developer/Architect (JAGLINK Modernization Project)

Location: Remote (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Clearance: T1 Background Investigation (Active or Eligible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate the current JAGLINK SharePoint application into Microsoft Power Apps within the FlankSpeed environment.
• Rebuild existing JAGLINK features (dashboards, profile displays, search functions) using Power Apps, maintaining style and presentation.
• Sustain and support the current SharePoint solution until the new platform goes live.
• Work with IT Operations to understand requirements and present progress in weekly reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate functionality changes or limitations.
• Develop, test, and document migration methods and data transfer from SharePoint to Power Apps.
• Provide technical documentation and post-migration support within the FlankSpeed environment.
• Participate in focus group testing and implement feedback into the final product.
• Perform troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing feature development as requested.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technical experience as a SharePoint Developer/Architect.
• Proven experience developing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps .
• Solid understanding of SharePoint Online (2019) and out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Strong skills in HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and scripting.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and testing skills.
• Associates degree or equivalent training.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working within government or military IT environments.
• Previous experience developing applications hosted in FlankSpeed .

Work Environment:

• Remote work environment with flexible scheduling, occasional off-hours or weekend support may be required.
• Daily collaboration with IT OPS team and stakeholders via Microsoft Teams , email, and phone.
• Travel is not required , though rare CONUS travel may be requested.

Deliverables Include:

• Fully functional Microsoft Power Apps version of JAGLINK, with retained UI/UX from the current SharePoint version.
• Seamless migration of data and testing validation.
• Documentation for deployment, usage, and maintenance.
• Continued support post go-live for enhancements and troubleshooting.

• One (1) Supervisory Microsoft Power Apps Architect
• One (1) Senior Microsoft Power Apps Developer
