Job Description

Southpark Psychology in Moline, IL is looking for an evening medical receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work with a team as well as independently in a busy office environment and has strong customer service skills. This is a part time evening position with typical hours of 4:30pm to 9:30pm Monday- Thursday. There is some flexibility in these hours . Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• greeting, checking in and scheduling patients
• answering phones and communication with patients and providers about appointments
• processing patient payments
• entering patient data including insurance information

Qualifications

• high school diploma or GED
• ability to work evening hours
• basic computer and data entry
• ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• strong verbal and written communication skills
