Job Description

At Vivaldi, we work together to build the next generation of businesses and brands. More than a traditional consultancy, Vivaldi believes in unlocking growth by going beyond consulting to make strategy actionable. Design is at the heart of how we do that.

Leading with passion and empathy, we not only grow our clients but also our talent around the world. With global offices, our client portfolio ranges from the world's most successful brands to medium-sized hidden champions in the B2B and B2C sectors.

Choose a career at Vivaldi and enjoy an innovative, entrepreneurial environment where creativity and strategy fuel bold ideas and transformative solutions.

Job Description And Key Responsibilities

Vivaldi is seeking a Designer to join our team. This role requires experience across a spectrum of conceptual and creative projects, with a portfolio that can demonstrate big wins and real-world work. The Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary strategists, technologists, and other creatives, to deliver exceptional work across print and digital executions.

  • Support pitch and presentation creation for new business opportunities
  • Conceptualize and execute designs for a variety of projects including but not limited to innovation mockups, social media campaigns, UX/UI/web design, pitch/proposal presentations, infographics, customer journeys, and visual identity systems
  • Support and confidently collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that will include Designers, Copywriters, Consultants, Partners, and C-suite executives
  • Take responsibility for the artistic and graphic representation of a design idea in accordance with a creative brief
  • Ability to absorb brand strategy and translate it into "big ideas" and compelling designs
  • Transform new trends into visual communication tactics
  • Continuously develop knowledge of different graphic styles
  • Show interest in the industry: monitor new campaigns and research our client and their competitors
  • Stay curious and culturally plugged in—across film, design, music, books, art, exhibitions, and emerging trends.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong attention to detail—all work should leave your desk making a bigger impact than when it arrived
  • Keen layout skills with a clear understanding of grid, alignment, and hierarchy rules (and equally knowing when to break them)
  • Organized approach to workflow with neat & structured handover files
  • Creative storytelling—ability to take a variety of ideas or slides and string them together in a concise and visually compelling way
  • Confident in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Experience in using digital tools/platforms like Figma, Miro, etc
  • Design skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for giving strategy decks and pitch proposals exciting facelifts
  • Strong strategic skills in understanding business and customer needs, and how they affect the story you're telling through design
  • Quick on your feet—change is the only constant in our industry, so candidates need to be able to adapt creative output when things don't go to plan
  • Big on brand—with a keen understanding that Brand no longer means only logos, colors and packaging, and that customers need a lot more than visuals to want to stay loyal
  • Shows initiative, enthusiasm and a ‘can-do' attitude
  • Passionate about AI tools/platforms and how best to optimize the design process using them
