In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to mentor and train staff
Excellent customer service skills
Time management skills, experience leading or managing projects, and ability to meet deadlines
Computer proficiency and knowledge of various computer software applications such as Microsoft Office programs and Adobe applications

The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required and serves as documentation of your ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. The SOQ must be typed in 11-point Arial font and no more than two (2) pages in length. Include your name on the upper right-hand corner.

2. Describe a time when you had to complete multiple assignments that had competing priorities. What steps did you follow, and what was the outcome? Provide an example.
3. Describe a contract-related project in which you were the lead. What steps did you take to ensure the project stayed on track? What was the outcome?
