Job Description
Qualis LLC is seeking a Certification & Evaluation Senior Military Ops Analyst Space Control Planning Team (SCPT) & Space Control Planner for upcoming work in support of the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) in Ft. Carson, CO.
Essential Duties:
~ Serves as a Certification & Evaluation Support Specialist for SCPT and SC elements at Ft. Carson, CO and at forward locations.
~ Works with Space Control Planning Team (SCPT) and Space Control planning certification process.
~ Coordinates within the command and across the joint Space Control Community to share and learn the latest technical equipment, best practices and current/developing TTP’s to incorporate into the standardization and training program.
~ Plans, resources, and conducts certification assessments for SCPTs and SC teams.
~ Supports the USASMDC Space Range planning, resourcing, and execution.
~ Supports certifications and certification events to include brigade external evaluations (EXEVALs) by developing master scenario event list (MSELs), exercise development products when requested and coordinated through G3 TREX.
~ Conducts military decision making process (MDMP), briefings and professional writing for USASMDC space mission areas.
~ Plans, develops, and prepares recommendations to update/revise the Command’s Standards & Evaluations Program, focusing on the SCPT and SC mission areas and be able to support the additional USASMDC space mission areas.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Must have operational experience as a Space Control Planner, or at a minimum have experience supporting Tier 1 exercises as an Army Space Control Planner.
Must have IJSTO experience.
Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
