Associate Dentist

A privately owned, holistic dental practice in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist. This practice is known for its focus on whole-body wellness, biological dentistry, and SMART-certified mercury removal techniques. You’ll join a collaborative, patient-centered team offering modern technology, strong clinical support, and a clear path to ownership.

Whether you’re an experienced dentist or a recent GPR or AEGD graduate, this opportunity offers clinical autonomy, income growth, and long-term alignment in a practice that prioritizes quality care and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic procedures.
• Build patient trust through education, communication, and consistency.
• Support wellness-focused care using SMART amalgam removal techniques (IAOMT)
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and admin staff to ensure smooth case flow.
• Contribute to a positive practice culture and long-term patient retention.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Colorado dental license or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum two years of experience preferred, but new grads and GPR/AEGD-trained dentists welcome.
• Interest or experience in clear aligners, implants, or oral surgery is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• First-year earning potential of $250,000+.
• Up to $1,000 daily guarantee PLUS 25% of collections for the first 12 months.
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• $5,000 to $10,000 available for sign-on, relocation, CE bonus.
• Fully digital office with iTero, Planmeca CBCT, and handheld X-ray units.
• Supportive team environment with 9 operatories, full-time RDA and hygiene staff.
• Patient mix: 60% fee-for-service, 40% PPO.
• Ownership opportunity available in a single-location private practice.
