Accounts Payable Specialist
Parsippany, NJ

Responsibilities:

Process invoices, receipts, W-9s, and 1099s accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with general accounting principles and company policies
Manage vendor relationships, including payment inquiries and dispute resolution
Oversee insurance-related AP tasks and ensure proper documentation
Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate records and support audits as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of accounts payable experience (Level 2 expertise)
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and AP best practices
Experience handling W-9s, 1099s, and vendor management
Proficiency in AP software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
